This is Owen at about 1 minute old - they laid him on Lisa's stomach while I (yes, I) cut the cord, then took him over to the warming tray for all the fun stuff. I'd like to say he takes after his father in the genitalia department, but newborns are usually swollen like that....

Actually, I'm pretty good when it comes to things like that... I used to pick up placentas from the maternity ward when I worked in a hospital lab. It really takes quite a bit more than that to make me faint :)
