Please Welcome to the Family....
Owen Alexander Harnett - born December 3rd, 2005 at 1:49pm PST. He weighed in at 6lbs 9oz (not bad for almost 5 weeks premature) and was 19 inches long. He's currently being monitored in NICU for lung function. Lisa is recovering nicely (although the high blood pressure will take a while to resolve) and came through the actual birth like a champion! Will upload some pics shortly....

Congrats, Higgies! Owen is a great name (and appropriately Welsh!). Our last name is Owens and about 73% of people mistakenly call our son Owen. I never mind because it's a cool name.
Our best to you, Owen and the radiant Lisa. Sorry that your introduction to parenthood has been a bit rough but it will only get better and better. Remember that when it's 5 am and little Owen has been screaming for 7 hours. Even so, nothing is more wonderful than the infinite love children bring to a family.
How wonderful! I'm still catching up on the MOAT and haven't gotten as far as the birth. I saw a reference to some cute photos of you hugging baby clothes so I came over to see.
I'm glad that Owen's here and in good shape!
